I think you should poll the residents as to whether or not your changes to the cleanup processes were successful or not. Judging from the vouchers that weren't used last year, I would say more revamping should be done, other then expanding the days and hours the transfer station is open. Alot of these residents and other members of the community either don't have a truck or don't have use of or access of a truck to use. I already see the buildup of junk around, and if this method continues, you will see much more in the future. I understand the manpower aspect of the situation, but you've already cut the service in half going from twice a year to once. Would it really be such an inconvenience to just leave things the way they were? We have alot of older residents here that this is a bother for
